The planning of a major new 400+ seat café restaurant with high quality, queue-busting servery.
The owners came on one of our London Café Tours and supported them in compiling a brief for the project. The project included providing servery layouts so that presentation and speed of service was maximised. The support continues with regular audit visits so that food and service standards are constantly improved.
Awarded Best Destination Garden Centre, the restaurant is a key part of the garden centre’s success.
