Objective: 

To provide both strategic and operational catering advice to the management team with the objective of maximising income and ensuring the catering offer exceeds the visitor needs.

 

Process:

The planning for the show includes agreeing to the range, style and quality of each food and drink offer, ensuring the siting of each concession and fixed catering outlet work together. Robust audit processes were implemented, and onsite inspections for pricing, health & safety and food quality were made.

 

Outcomes:

The visitor feedback was very positive, and the catering income and spend per visitor has increased year on year.
