Westminster Abbey

 

Objective: 

The Abbey had never had a café for its one million visitors and the Cellarium project required a financial feasibility, operational plan, detailed planning input and the recruitment of an appropriate caterer.

 

Process:

Support  was provided through the entire process from pre-building planning to the appointment of a caterer.  The scheme was necessarily complex given the sensitivity of the buildings and it was essential to understand the Abbey’s mission and purpose that imbued the project.

 

Outcomes:

The first café at the Abbey in 800 years and a highly successful visitor attraction catering operation that does credit to Westminster Abbey.
