An array of innovation at the Casual Dining Show 2018: Jack fruit "pulled pork" (yes indeed), fake scallops, Joconde decorative almond-flavored sponge layers (aka Opéra gâteau), Bathtub Gin (yum) & a masterclass in coffee tastings ... from Nescafe (the way coffee tastings should really be)!
