Tracey entered the foodservices sector in 2009, first working for contract catering giant, Elior, in the City of London before moving on to the more boutique caterer, Artizian. She has key hands’ on experience that brings valuable insight to her new consultancy role.
Tracey’s foodservices tender highlights include: News International (researching, creating and selling-in two restaurant and coffee bar concepts), Lloyds of London (researching, defining and pioneering the One Under Lime Wine Bar concept) and Macquarie Bank (creating Quirky Catering Services bespoke to the bank).
Previously, Tracey spent 16 years working for the world’s largest advertising agencies (inc. Leo Burnett and MacCann Erickson) developing award-winning advertising campaigns for some of the world’s largest blue chip companies (Unilever, Nestle, Diageo, etc.) delivering brand positioning and providing strategic consulting services. Food service run through Tracey’s veins!
Tracey is a member of BIFM, the Institute of Hospitality and Institute of Promotional Marketing. A self-professed foodie and a lover of travel and worldwide high adventure!
