Tracey entered the foodservices sector in 2009; first working for a large contract caterer before moving on to a more boutique one. She has extensive hands-on experience that brings valuable insight to her role as a catering consultant.
- 2017 Foodservices highlights include: Oracle Corporation UK Ltd (Benchmark Audit), BNP Paribas Real Estate (Invitation to Tender Process), Lloyd's of London (Financial Audit, supporting Ian Doughty), an International Food Tour and a Women in Hospitality Market Research Project.
- Previous catering tender highlights include: News International (creating & selling-in restaurant & coffee bar concepts), Lloyds of London (defining & pioneering the One Under Lime Wine Bar concept) and a London-based Australian Bank (creating bespoke catering).
- Previous to a career in foodservices, Tracey spent 16 years working for the world’s largest advertising agencies (inc. Leo Burnett and McCann Erickson) developing award-winning advertising slogans and campaigns, delivering brand positioning and providing strategic consulting services.
- Tracey is a member of the Institute of Hospitality, Institute of Promotional Marketing and British Institute of Facilities Management. She is also a Board DIrector of the not-for-profit Surrey Hills Enterprises (SHE), where her specific role is to promote the needs of the food and drink members of SHE.
