Tracey entered the foodservices sector in 2009; first working for a large contract caterer before moving on to a more boutique one, in and around London. She has hands on experience to bring valuable insight to her role as a catering consultant.
- Foodservices career tender highlights include: News International (creating & selling-in restaurant & coffee bar concepts), Lloyds of London (defining & pioneering the One Under Lime Wine Bar concept) and a London-based Australian Bank (creating bespoke catering).
- Previously, Tracey spent 16 years working for the world’s largest advertising agencies (inc. Leo Burnett and McCann Erickson) developing award-winning advertising slogans and campaigns for some of the world’s largest blue chip companies (Unilever, Nestle, Diageo, etc.) delivering brand positioning and providing strategic consulting services.
