Thanks to the invitation from Catering@CulturalVenues, it was our pleasure to guest speak at the recent ACE conference in Wales, sharing insights, best practices, latet trends, tech and sustainability. 

Following our presentation we also led a workshop on controlling costs within a catering setting, an interesting insight to the real life experiences and challenges business are faced with in the current climate.

Sharing the stage with Sophie McCready and Emma Thomas from Benugo, Anna Munday from the Ashmolean Museum, Owner/Operator Chris Greenwood from The Louies and Emily Kneale from St Fagan's National Museum of History.
