Thanks to the invitation from Catering@CulturalVenues, it was our pleasure to guest speak at the recent ACE conference in Wales, sharing insights, best practices, latet trends, tech and sustainability.
Following our presentation we also led a workshop on controlling costs within a catering setting, an interesting insight to the real life experiences and challenges business are faced with in the current climate.
