Paul was delighted to be guest Head Judge for the 'Best Catering Initiative' category in the Cultural Enterprise Awards recently, a strong category with many brilliant businesses submitting their portfolios.

The category brief needed entrants to show a clear connection to their venue, offering great customer service as well as supporting local suppliers. Businesses should be able to show they have sustainability at their heart, with a responsible approach to food sourcing and waste.

The awards culminated at an evening ceremony in Liverpool - congratulations to Delapré Abbey on their win!
