I presented at a workshop at the AVS Conference https://academicvenuesolutions.co.uk/ (previously Venuemasters) this week in Liverpool. Overall the conference was interesting to attend with a number of good presentations. The workshop I facilitated  was about managing a catering contract to optimise the performance from caterers with Conference Aston (whom I support)  as a case study. Interestingly the questions and debate were around contracts that the delegates are involved with which do not deliver the expected promises or returns, and in part down to the original tender and the changes that have evolved since that time.
