I attended the Independent Hotel Show yesterday in Olympia, http://www.independenthotelshow.co.uk/   which was interesting and well worthwhile. I met a number of potential new suppliers from electronic key card solutions (which are not expensive); fresh orange juice machines; Franklins soft drinks (following Fever Tree) and part of Global Brands; interior designers and bedding companies all of which will be useful as we plan the Ludlow Food Centre capital plan next year.

As ever at these shows it is the people one meets and the conversations that are the most interesting and I think I have found a hotel pub interior designer that could be suited not only to the Clive but also another client, so progress!
