LUNCH exhibition at Excel, which I visited yesterday, where products for cafes and grab & go operations are exhibited. What struck me looking at the products, were the number of new entrants who have well designed and excellent products. These were overwhelming Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free and Organic and RAW!  From chocolates, crisps, drinks, snacks and protein bars. The best product I tasted was a dairy free, naturally sweetened raw chocolate creamy lolly! www.miiro.co.uk
