The Dean and Chapter of Norwich Cathedral have announced a new partnership with Jarrold for their Refectory Café and events business. The appointment of Jarrold comes after a thorough and rigorous tender process.

We are delighted to have been advising this on this tender and their press release stated  ‘ we appointed a leading catering consultant in the industry, Chris Brown from Turpin Smale to oversee every aspect of the tender process’. The tender was competitive with national and local companies all interested, and a local company has come through to win the contract.

As well as being a very successful retail operation, which has bucked the trend in the high street with increased sales, Jarrold has built up a strong customer following for the food departments it currently runs in the city centre store.
