The cafe and retail area at the Royal Armouries Leeds has recently been re-furbished, and the results from both a visitor experience and commercial perspective have exceeded our expectations. We carried out a strategic review in 2016, then supported the RA through a catering tender in 2018. The cafe and retail area has a new look and feel, now connected with the retail area and the RA theming immersed into the cafe; the result is a much improved space for visitors.
