We attended the launch of the UKHospitality 2019 edition of its Food Service Management Market Report which is worth reading.https://www.ukhospitality.org.uk/page/FoodServiceManagementReport2019

The report highlights the reduction of single use plastic, the increasing importance of technology and the rise in grab & go.

UKH’s priority now on food issues, and is to ensure new allergen legislation around PPDS (pre-prepared foods onsite)  is as workable as possible for business, and most importantly protects our customers.
