I visited Twickenham last week with Goodwood and Levy Restaurants and met the Keith Prowse team who have planned and developed the new hospitality packages; key learnings were the move to informality and personalisation, with reduced group sizes for hospitality packages; and they have developed an effective tiering platform from which it is easier to sell packages and the results are coming through!
Technology has a huge part to play with smart phones allowing engagement with the customer.
We then went onto Tottenham Hotspurs new stadium at White Hart Lane; which is going to be outstanding, setting new stadia standards.
